- Hardware items, excluding clearance and refurbished products, carry a one-year carry-in limited warranty against defects, unless otherwise mentioned.
- Accessories carry a 90-days carry-in limited warranty against defects, unless otherwise mentioned.
- The limited warranty is not applicable for consumables items, stickers, etc.
- The limited warranty does not cover problems that result from:
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
- Servicing not authorized by ITSTORE.COM.MY.
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
- The limited warranty on all items begins on the date of the order.
- The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted item or any parts.
